Right now our food system is a system for producing cash and investor profits through the act of delivering calories to people at an “affordable” cost.

There are ways that our food system is incredible – it’s efficient, food safe, and provides large quantities of food at cheap prices. We seek to honor the current system while we work to evolve it to nourish life.
