Retreats

Our retreats are immersive, whole-person experiences designed to nourish leaders, teams and the broader food system they influence. These gatherings are far from traditional off-sites, they are transformational journeys that invite reflection, realignment, and regeneration. Through strategic working sessions, nature-based exercises, shared meals, and community connection, participants explore their personal and organizational purpose within the larger system. Our gatherings are designed for unique destinations and integrate local food systems. Guided by living systems thinking, retreats help leaders and teams reconnect with what matters most, evolve their strategies, and cultivate the energy needed to enable regeneration.

Our Developmental Community is an ongoing space for leaders who have worked with reNourish Studio to deepen their practice and grow alongside peers committed to food system transformation. Through structured interactive work sessions, “fishbowl” dialogues, and shared inquiry, members deepen their practice to apply living systems thinking to real-time work and support one another’s growth. This highly participatory community fosters personal development, helping leaders evolve their inner capacities and advance the organizations and systems they influence.

Introduction
to business
evolution

This six-session course offers an entry point into applying living systems thinking to business strategy. Through guided exercises and frameworks, participants learn to see their work at a systems level, clarify their deeper business purpose, and lead from the essence of their enterprise. Each session explores regenerative principles in action, helping leaders address real-world business challenges while aligning profitability with the health of people, place, and planet.
